We have tried several Keurig cups in our dental office and our patients agree this is the best taste overall - I just reordered more on subscription. The aroma it has permeates our office and makes us crave it too. If you enjoy flavored coffee, this is the one to get. The butter toffee I did not think would appeal to many but it is really good.
